Job Description

MEMC is currently seeking to hire an experienced Pest Control technician. We are looking for a motivated individual with knowledge of the pest control industry to join us and help build our pest control division. Our goal is to advance a technician from our team into management.

Responsibilities
  1. Be a self motivated individual with excellent communication, organizational and people skills.
  2. The ability to work successfully and accomplish duties without direct supervision.
  3. State accredited certification with Minimum 1 year experience in pest control.
  4. Sales experience (1 year+) with the ability to seek out and close potential sales opportunities.
  5. Ability to walk in attics safely setting/monitoring mechanical traps.
  6. Ability to Identify invading pests, including rats, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitos, roaches as well as various other possible pests.
  7. Ability to Inspect property to evaluate degree of infestation and the best course of action needed to resolve the issue in the most effective manner for our customers as well as the company, in a manner which abides by all laws and product label guidelines.
  8. Ability to record and keep accurate service records and with supporting diagrams and application specifications.
  9. Represent the company well and be the face of MEMC to our customer base. The customer’s experience with you strongly determines how they feel about their service experience in general, so your ability to interact with people effectively and build professional relationships is key.
Job Requirements
  1. Pest Control Service: 1 year (Required).
  2. High school or equivalent (Required).
  3. Driver’s License (Required).
