Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greets, meets, interacts, and completes sales transactions with Car Wash customers at fixed sales kiosks in a commercial, automated car wash and retail environment.
- Communicates to customers about our unlimited car wash memberships and signs them up to join the club.
- Guides customers into the car wash tunnel.
- Vacuums and dusts customer vehicles, cleans windows.
- Disconnects (or shuts down), cleans & connects automated car wash machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Takes out the trash, cleans vacuums and canisters, and moves equipment to maintain the general cleanliness of the site. Uses a pressure washer to clean the lot and equipment. Prepares and cleans towels, stocks cleaning supplies cleans up customer areas as needed
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent customer service skills & ability to resolve customer concerns.
- Professionalism in all aspects.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to company morale.
- Ability to pass drug screens and comprehensive background checks.
