The Landscape Architect leads the delivery of landscaping design projects of medium complexity. They work closely with Project Managers and design teams to develop different landscape design options and to refine selected designs across the project design cycle, including conceptual landscape designs, preliminary, final detailed designs and tender documents for landscape projects of medium complexity. The jobholder shall stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in landscaping design and share his knowledge with team members.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand the requirements of a project.
- Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures.
- Prepare graphic representations of plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software.
- Select appropriate landscaping materials.
- Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage.
- Inspect landscape project progress to ensure that it adheres to plans.
- Seek new work through marketing activities or by giving presentations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Urban Design or Landscape Architecture.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Computer skills (Lumion 3D – Adobe photoshop – Microsoft office – Sketch up – 3d max & Vray/Corona – Indesign – AutoCAD).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a Team member.
- Ability to work under stress.
